Tenant Selection Criteria
Thank you for your interest in a rental home (“Rental”) managed by Health Pro Home (“Manager”). We require that all prospective residents meet the below qualifying criteria when completing an application for a Rental and confirm that you understand and agree.
This is an application to rent only and does not guarantee that applicant will be offered the Rental. Landlord or Manager may accept more than one application for the Rental and, using their sole and exclusive discretion, select the first qualified applicant.
All application fees paid to Manager are non-refundable.
- Application fee is $50 per applicant over the age of 18 and is non-refundable
- Credit score >600 is acceptable
- Credit score 500 - 599 security deposit increases or possible denial
- Valid government-issued Driver's Licence or I.D.
- Valid Social Security Number, I9, or ITIN
- Rental History - Three years of previous landlord and rental history (if applicable)
- Proof of Income - 3 months of most recent pay stubs or one year of most recent tax returns if self-employed
- Combined gross income of occupants equals at least 3x the monthly rent
- Healthcare students can submit school enrollment verification letter and financial aid offer letter
